my workout plan/schedule

For the past 2 months I have been going to the gym everyday at around 6:30pm. The plan is usually this:

1) About 1 mile walk from my apartment to the gym.
2) 15 minutes of running at 5 mph on the treadmill. Followed by 2 minutes of walking at 3 mph. Then another 3 minutes of 5 mph.
3) Use 5 different machines, each exercising a different area.
4) Lift some weights.
5) walk back to my apartment

Total time: about 1.5 hours.So far the most disappointing area has been my abs. I usually do 70 times at 75 lbs on the ab machine. I noticed muscle forming, but my abs are still fat.I need some ideas on ways to improve my workout plan. Considering that I went everyday for 2 months, the results are kind of disappointing. Maybe I was expecting too much.
